When you have a course attended by someone calling themselves  ‘The Fairy Godfather’, you know its going to be interesting. The Fairy Godfather (or Gary as he’s usually known) makes imaginative wooden children’s toys, and was just one of the exciting entrepreneurs who attended the programme. We had a coder, a budding vegan cafe owner and a supplier of honey bee vitamins, to name but a few. There’s never a dull moment on a CUBE course! Rather fittingly for a programme held in Twickenham, the Dragons Den ceremony was held at the home of Harlequins Rugby Club, ‘The Stoop’. With some amazing offers of support from Axis, Virgin Media Voom and Cleanscapes, many of the entrepreneurs attending have got their businesses off to a fantastic start.
