04 Jun Riverside Residents Roll Out
The CUBE team recently completed a 12 week Strive Further programme based in Riverside’s homeless hostel in Bromley. The programme helped to give business skills a great group who went on to present their businesses to a panel of Riverside staff and business leaders at the the Bromley Civic Centre.
There were a whole host of skills in the room, with our start ups aiming to provide a range of services from Cafes, Ethopian cuisine, and coffee kiosks, through to floristry, art, and IT repairs.
Riverside resident, Sandra, is working to start her make up artist business specialising in camouflage cosmetics for people with scars, bruises or birthmarks. While Alison wants to support people who are in pain, stressed or in need of healing by producing and providing relaxing, healing music. Her new brand I Relax Now is a fun and exciting concept, as you can see Paul and Alison had fun putting her plans together.
