The CUBE team has been working with the Radian Group’s Employment Skills & Training team (EST) to deliver Strive business start-up. Our latest project together is helping ten residents in Bordon, Hampshire, to start their own businesses. We’re thrilled to discover that one of the group has become the 1000th resident to benefit from the EST scheme, which helps residents and local people get into training and work.

We celebrated the milestone with the Radian team, as the residents presented their business plans at a Strive ‘Dragon’s Den’. It was a fantastic day (with an amazing cake) and we’re thrilled we have contributed to such an exciting project, which has helped so many to realise their potentials.
