Paula

Paula Pires, resident of Genesis Housing association, is an experienced and award winning pastry chef and chocolatier who has just started her own events and office catering business.  She wowed the delegates of our Grassroots Conference (2013) with the incredible selection of cakes she provided for their enjoyment. Since then she has catered for event large and small, from charity fundraisers to large conferences.

More recently, Paula has taken on the incredible challenge of our pop-up café in Creed Lane and is creating a scrumptious menu for office workers in the city. Paula’s family are totally behind her new venture and everyone has pitched in to make her dream a reality. Paula now hopes to build up event and catering business clientele from her experience in the pop up café.
